Villa Description The Accommodation is comprised of 5 bedrooms comfortably accommodating 10 people, plus the added bonus of 2 extra beds set up in the TV lounge, ideal for children or teenagers, needing their own space. The master bedroom suite is located in a private stand alone “pool house” on the ground floor, contains a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, separate bath and two wash basins. Sliding patio doors take you directly from this bedroom onto the sun deck and into the private swimming pool, with integral Jacuzzi. Located on the ground floor is another bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, plus a 3rd bedroom with two single beds (3.5’) and an en-suite. Sliding patio doors open from both bedrooms onto the sun deck and swimming pool. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, ideal for a family.
One offers a king-size bed, and the other, two single beds (3.5’). These two bedrooms share a detached, spacious bathroom with a large walk in shower. Furthermore, both bedrooms open onto a balcony, with an outdoor stairway allowing direct access to the swimming pool. On the ground floor is a large living and dining room, with ample seating on a comfortable sofa and a 10-seater dining room table. This allows the opportunity to relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with cable TV and DVD player, or to dine inside.
Joining the main living room is a fully fitted Western-style kitchen with breakfast bar, equipped to meet your every need. Outside, opposite to the pool house and next to the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, with integral Jacuzzi, is a sala with sufficient seating and 8-seater table, perfect for al fresco dining all year through. Moreover, this villa offers several sunbathing areas, with a feature sundeck suspended over the pool, and a purpose-built balcony on the upper level, complete with sun beds, sofa seating a table tennis table for entertainment.
