Additional Rules

* Subleasing or re-renting the villa to other parties is not permitted under any circumstances.

Payment Requirements
* All rent and security deposits must be paid in Thai Baht (THB) only.
* For 3-month and 6-month rental packages, payment must be paid in full upfront and cannot be paid monthly.
